Nelson is an explosive 2/1 combo guard who is primarily looking to score it. He is an outside shooter with ball handling skills and can attack the basket off the dribble. Nelson can play the 1 or 2 position in any offense and shoots the ball at a high FG percentage. He is a top defender averaging over 2 SPG at Cardiff University. He scored 23 points and grabbed 14 rebounds in Game 3 of the 2018 Germany Slammers combine. One area of improvement comes with his assist count in the game.
